Electricity
Soup (July

She
is being created in a void, by a passing stream of electronic chaos.
She is being created by light. She is being given birth, but not in the
ordinary way, but in an artificial way. She is almost ready to step out
of the light, and into the real world, but when she gets there - what
would she find? What is the purpose of her creation? A new artificial
being, introduced into a world of the future.
Various
DAZ software and
models where used in this piece. I started out, building the background
in Bryce. I used a Ground Plane, a Symmetrical Lattice and eight 2D
Face Verticals (rectangular 2D objects). I created five materials, one
went to the lattice and the ground plane, the other four I distributed
evenly between the 2D Faces. For the model I used Victoria 3.0 with a
FlipDo2 hair from DAZ. I used the International Beauties Maps and
Morphs Pak to get her natural skin tone and to morph her face a bit,
giving her a slightly Asian look. I posed her into a womb-like position
using DAZ|Studio, and imported her into Bryce using Turbo Import. I
then positioned her using the Bryce controls, and rendered the piece.
The render took two days.
